It can be difficult to define Sho Minamimoto. From mathematics to murder, he's a one-of-a-kind genius that excels at most things that he puts his hand to as long as it doesn't involve interpersonal skills. Social norms mean nothing to someone like Sho, and he's known for his erratic nature. There's no such phenomenon as "out of the ordinary" when it comes to him, and the concept of self-restraint is entirely foreign. He acts for his own reasons alone, unfettered and unmoved by any source of moral suasion, and he is not afraid to be loud about it.
Minamimoto is a creature driven by unusual obsessions. His love of mathematics has translated to an apparently compulsive urge to insert it into most every facet of his life. His speech is littered with math terms whether they make sense in context or not, so much so that he can be hard to understand. Even his attacks are either punctuated or triggered by related phrases or something as crazy as reciting many digits of pi. He values more than anything his personal ideals of perfection and beauty, two concepts that are heavily warped by his own twisted way of thinking. Yet when other people can't comprehend him, he is certain that this is a result of his inherent superiority.
"The world is garbage" in his eyes, and he is inspired to create something worthwhile out of it. His artistic works have a distinct, unusual aesthetic in that they they are towering heaps of junk that he considers to be his perfectly calculated masterpieces. Those caught at disturbing them risk his easily triggered temper. It doesn't take too much to get Sho riled up, and he has no compunctions when it comes to casual murder. Aside from the little things like that, he enjoys himself quite a bit. He clearly finds satisfaction in making a scene, acting out for acknowledgement in some truly odd ways. Megaphones and microphones both have their place in his life, as does perching on tall objects and buildings, because he knows he deserves to be the center of attention.
There's no rational reason that he couldn't have come up to rank of the right-hand of Shibuya's de-facto god and acted as the Conductor to the Composer in his time as a Reaper. He's a prodigy, the youngest yet to have been given the coveted rank of Game Master. His intelligence, willpower, sense of imagination, and resourcefulness make him a ruthlessly efficient killer, but he can't see himself confined in the role of a subordinate. He served as a Reaper because it allowed him to pursue his own agenda, but he didn't hesitate to turn traitor when the opportunity came up. Loyalty means nothing to him. He's a self-serving megalomaniac, and one that fixated on a desire to kill the Composer and take his place. Once he locked onto the idea, there could be no turning back.
If the situation had been just a little different, Sho might have even been able to pull it off. Unfortunately for him, pride came before his fall, for all that he's fundamentally incapable of accepting that he might be inferior to anyone. He's willing to lay it all on the line to satisfy his obsessions even up to corrupting his own soul in the process if it might give him the edge. To be taboo is Minamimoto's personal specialty.
Abilities:
Mundane Abilities - Math. He is straight up 100% totally into mathematics in unhealthy ways and it shows, can recite digits of pi to a ridiculous number of places, knows how to handle a gun, and can create gigantic yet surprisingly stable sculptures out of random shit.
Teleportation - This one gets its own entry just for the fact that it is by far his favorite ability. Sho can teleport at will and often.
Assorted Reaper Abilities - Able to fire bursts of energy that move in assorted patterns, transform into a bipedal lion form (Leo Cantus), use absurd spells powered by his own imagination, levitate, read minds and imprint concepts into the minds of other people, and alter his frequency to operate in different planes of existence.
Taboo Abilities - With forbidden techniques learned from a Fallen Angel, he can refine Noise (ie. masses of Soul) into powerful, vicious creatures. As he once did it to himself with a little help, he's unusually powerful for a Reaper and even rapidly regenerates from damage. In a visible mark of his corruption, his tattoos have been seen to expand to cover more of his body when he gets fired up.
Strengths: Independent, imaginative, aggressive, brilliant, artistic
Weaknesses: Obnoxious, temperamental, vicious, obsessive, prideful

Why?: As a Reaper, Sho aspired to the position of what is functionally the god of Shibuya-- its Composer. Becoming a significantly less location-bound deity suits him just fine, and he'll run to the limit of the concept that anything a god does is righteous. He will have an absurd amount of fun with the role, right up until he's challenged by the fact that he's actually responsible for the care and upkeep of another being.
Top 3 Choices: Susano'o, Set, Loki
God Type: Sho marches to the beat of his own drum, and no one else's. He's not going to take on the legacy of his predecessor, unless through sheer coincidence. He'll be just as likely as to cause great harm on purpose as he will be to happen to help out by sheer coincidence, and will be remarkably focused on doing whatever it takes to either keep himself entertained or gain more power for his own ends. The prayers he'll accept will probably be nearly random, and the ways he fulfills them even more so. (Monkey's Paw, anyone?) Any prayers that present a good chance for mayhem, however, get priority in his book. If given enough time, he may also start to scheme to overthrow the current godly hierarchy.
Power: Storm Manipulation - the ability to whip up a storm out of otherwise distinctly not stormy conditions, or to make existing bad weather worse. After all, who doesn't appreciate a good dramatic backdrop?
